1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RhymeTime mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RhymeTime is a daily word puzzle game. Each day, a new puzzle is released consisting of a descriptive clue and a two-word rhyming answer. You have six attempts (including hints) to guess the correct answer. The App also offers optional premium features through a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your Account

The App identifies your device using a randomly generated device identifier. You do not need to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. Your game data (statistics, streaks, preferences) is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App or switch devices, this data may be lost. We are not responsible for lost game data.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

RhymeTime Supporter

The App offers an optional subscription ("RhymeTime Supporter") that provides additional features including access to the puzzle archive, a weekly streak freeze, a supporter badge in share cards, a direct feedback channel, and the ability to suggest puzzles.

Pricing and Billing

• Subscription pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
