RhymeTime is developed and operated by Seif Sami. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the RhymeTime mobile application (the "App").

What We Collect

Information We Store on Your Device

Most of your data never leaves your phone. The following is stored locally on your device using the App's local storage and is not transmitted to our servers:

• Your game state (current puzzle progress, guesses made, hints used)
• Your gameplay statistics (games played, win percentage, guess distribution)
• Your streak data (current streak, maximum streak)
• Your app preferences (theme, sound settings, notification preferences)
• Cached puzzle data for offline play

This data is not backed up to our servers. If you delete the App or switch devices, this locally stored data will be lost.

Information We Collect on Our Servers

We maintain a lightweight user record to deliver the daily puzzle experience. This includes:

• Device Identifier: A randomly generated unique identifier assigned to your device. This is not your Apple or Google advertising ID — it is a random ID created by the App solely to identify your device for puzzle delivery and streak tracking. It cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Gameplay Data: Your streak count and last puzzle completion date, synced to our server to ensure accurate streak tracking.
